The SW Monsoon Dates of The Four major Indian cities namely Delhi (North Indian), Mumbai (West Indian), Chennai(South Indian) and Kolkata(East Indian) in past 20 years (2001-2020) are given in the below table. The earliest and latest arrival dates of monsoon over Delhi were  15th June and 19th Jul y resp. The earliest and latest arrival dates of monsoon over Mumbai  were  31st May and 25th June resp. The earliest and latest arrival dates of monsoon over Chennai  were  25th Ma y and 15th June resp. The earliest and latest arrival dates of monsoon over Kolkata  were  25th May and 19th June resp.
